Listed Below are the ways in which we can help you to proudly own an early timber framed structure:

From our Current Inventory:

Inquire about the details on the frames we currently have available for immediate delivery.

In order to help you decide if a frame we have is exactly what you are looking for; we can offer you photos of the original structure, photos from the dismantling process, and Engineering Blue Prints (CAD files) as well as any relevant history we have learned about the barn and its past.  These frames, while already disassembled are available to view. Please call or E-mail for details and to make a viewing appointment.

Standing Inventory:

Through agreements with the current land owner we secure a barn and leave it standing on it’s sight until we have a buyer for it.  This is the ideal way to view a barn; in its vernacular setting.  Standing barns that we offer for sale have already been surveyed and photographed so that we can offer you as much sight-unseen detail as possible. Please contact us for details about barns we may have in Standing Inventory.

Barn Search:

If we don’t have a frame that meets your needs, you can give us the details of what you are looking for and we will keep your desires in mind as we look at prospective barns. Call us today with details on the frame of your dreams.

Barn Preservation:

The best kind of barn is the kind that is still standing proud, serving it’s intended purpose on its original sight! There is a special feeling to be felt when you pass by a well cared for barn that may be over 200 years old and is still storing hay and a wagon under its solid roof..... If you have a barn that you are interested in keeping in service, we can perform repairs to ensure your barn lives on for you and future generations to enjoy.

Misc. Barn Timbers and barn board

Often times a barn reclamation job will yield some timbers which cannot be reused in the rebuild of the structure. These timbers, sometimes of hand hewed Oak or even Chestnut and make beautiful decorative additions to your home such as for a fire place mantle, faux beams in a living room for that “rustic look” or to be re-sawn for furniture making.

Old heart pine planking and siding as wide as 18” is not uncommon on old barns and makes fantastic redecorating material.
